Jeff Burkman, P.E. is the owner and primary inspector, a native Houstonian and a Licensed Professional Engineer with over 28 years of engineering experience, is the founder and president of Champions Engineering & Inspections.

Burkman holds two engineering degrees (with honors) is a graduate of United States Army O.C.S. program at Ft. Benning and Honorably discharged as an Infantry Officer. His prior engineering experience includes field and management positions with several multi-national companies.
